Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna recently visited Tenali to inaugurate the famous bullock cart race in that region. Speaking on this occasion, this Hindupur MLA stated that there is a need for the present generation to preserve the Telugu tradition and show it to the future generations.
People felt happy for Balakrishna to take the responsibility of encouraging Telugu tradition in the current scenario, where western culture is rapidly growing. On the other hand, there are few people who stated that while Chandra Babu is trying to make AP like another Singapore or Japan, Balakrishna is trying to preserve the Telugu culture in the region.
Whatever might be the thing, Balakrishna’s step to encourage the Telugu culture is quite appreciable. Bullock cart race will be conducted in Tenali till 4th of April in the Market Yard area. Interested folks can witness this traditional race for the next few days.
