In the upcoming remake of Band Baaja, which is titled 'Aaha Kalyanam' in Telugu and Tamil, young seductress Vani Kapoor is reprising Anushka's role. Talking about her character in the movie, Vani revealed quite a few interesting things.
'Though this film is entirely based on Band Baaja Baarat, people say that I'm just faking Anushka if I did act like her. But we have tried to apply new rhythm and feel to the character and achieve it brilliantly', said Anushka, about her acts in the latest movie. She cleared the air that she is not copying Anushka and promised that Telugu audience will get a brand new experience.
