Young hero Ram is one of the finest actors among the current generation heroes. He has got all the abilities such as looks, dances, acting prowess etc. to zoom into the top race but his poor script selection looks to be playing a hindrance.
After scoring a string of flops, Ram chose a sensible subject and scored a career reviving hit in the form of 'Nenu Sailaja'. Just when everyone thought that the young actor was finally on track, he surprised everyone by choosing Santosh Srinivas's 'Hyper'. The film's promos looked promising but the box office result was discouraging again.
The actor had pinned very high hopes on 'Hyper' and hoped to get the mass hero image with the film. But, with the indigestible setback, Ram is said to be in confusion over his next project. He is in discussions with a few filmmakers but a final call is yet to be taken. The adverse result of 'Hyper' seems to have dented Ram's confidence levels so he is said to be having a deep thought before choosing his next project.
No one is sure why he sidelined hit director Anil Ravipudi, who has delivered two successive hits in a row. In all probability, Ram's next film will be with director Karunakaran. Another film with 'Nenu Sailaja' director Kishore Tirumala is also in the pipeline.
