Krish Tones Down GPS Teaser?

The high expectations on Nandamuri Balakrishna's Gautamiputra Satakarni is apparently worrying its director Krish Jagarlamudi. Since the film happens to be the actor's landmark 100th film and the actor doing a historical film after a longtime in his career, expectations meter was set high. Fazed by the buzz surrounding the film especially the buzz on par with Baahubali, Krish reportedly wanted to tone down it by a bit.

Though the film has several spectacular visuals and spine-chilling scenes, Krish kept them under the wraps and saved them for trailer, film. The Kanche director deliberately opted for a simple teaser in order to bring down the expectations bar.

Insiders say the film boasts the visuals of hundreds of camels, horses and other animals at war scenes besides mammoth battle episodes that weren't revealed so far. Sources add that the film's trailer is going to be a grandeur feast and that the film's visuals on par with SS Rajamouli's epic Baahubali. With Nandamuri fans going gaga and expecting GPS on lines of Baahubali, naturally, Krish is a bit anxious on these comparisons and trying to clarify that GPS is unique in its way and can't be compared with Baahubali.

Being made on a budget of Rs 60 Crore, the film has ensemble cast including Shriya Saran, Hema Malini, Kabir Bedi in pivotal roles. Krish is planning to have the film's audio in December and movie is slated for Jan 12 release.
