For last few days, it has been rumored in Bollywood film circles that Tollywood famous writer Vijayendra Prasad approached actor Ajay Devgan and narrated a script which is period drama set in the early 1990s. It is all about a middle-aged man who struggle to restore peace in society which was ravaged by Babri Masjid demolition. Probably, its Mumbai’s riots of 1992 -93 and blasts of March 1993 will be the film’s backdrop.
Actor Ajay Devgan liked the script and it is produced by Pahlaj Nihalani the CBFC chief. It is also being heard that film is titled as Kabir who is known to us he was well-known Indian medieval saint who tried his best to unite Hindu-Muslim. After Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Bollywood film makers evinced interested in Vijayendra Prasad and his stories.
