Telugu Producer Council sector outgoing chairman RK Goud leveled serious allegations on ace producers-distributors Suresh Babu and Allu Aravind. Alleging that he was removed from the post though he has another year of service. Goud went onto allege that Suresh Babu and Allu Aravind were behind his removal as he was opposing the Qubes, UFO, PXD. Claiming that Qubes, UFO, PXD are detrimental to small producers, RK Goud said that he has been opposing them for the past 7 months in the office.
Briefing the media at a press conference in Film Chamber on Wednesday, Goud said, "I've been fighting against Qubes, UFO, PXD for the past seven months. Whenever I raise the issue, I've been convinced by saying that a committee would be appointed to look into the matter but it's not happening. Since I an raising my voice firmly, they (Suresh Babu, Allu Aravind) decided to get me expelled. While Qubes, UFO, PXDs are charging around 3000 rupees in other states, they're charging 11,000 rupees in Telugu states that too per a week which didn't go well with me and many small producers."
"Suresh Babu is business partner in UFO whereas Allu Aravind invested in Qubes. Since they have their own business interests, they're against to my demand and got me removed from my post. Since I had fought with Vijayender Reddy in theatres issue on several times, they have tactfully put Vijayender Reddy in the front and led this."
Pratani Ramakrishna Goud further added that the he has sent notices through court that the latest election of Producer Council sector won't stand legally. With severe allegations being leveled up, it needs to be seen what producers Suresh Babu and Allu Aravind have to say.
