A case was filed on Telugu Film actor Venu thottempudi in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad on financial aspects. Venu, who was known for his family oriented flicks, appeared lastly in “Dammu” movie. An Irani doctor who is staying one of the properties belonging to Venu has filed a complaint stating that the landlord is not ready to return the advance that was paid initially.
Fathemi, a Doctor from Iran, working in a hospital at Begumpet, said that she rented Venu’s flat in Banjara hills, Road no.10. Monthly rent is stated to be Rs.29,300 apart from the advance of Rs. 88,000. Fathemi mentioned that Venu and his wife refused to give her back the advance amount saying that there are cracks on the flooring.
Police officials were investigating on this aspect and may settle the issue soon. Venu, who doesn’t have much controversial issues in the film industry, came into the limelight in the media’s focus, on this topic. Stay tuned for more updates.
