People across the nation seem to have highly connected with the 'Baahubali' character played by Prabhas in SS Rajamouli's 'Baahubali' movie. If the latest Madame Tussauds honor was not enough, now several requests are heard to be being made to Prabhas to turn Ram and kill Ravana on the eve of Dasara.
Prabhas' spokesperson has reportedly revealed to a national media house that the Baahubali star has been inundated with invitations to attend the Dasara pandals in the role of Ram and shoot the effigies of Ravana on the last day of Dasara, Vijayadashami, on October 11 this year.
Shooting the effigies of Ravana is a symbolic way of celebrating the victory of Ram over the Lankan demon of the Ramayana. After watching Prabhas's action scenes in 'Baahubali', especially the ones involving the bow and arrow, people seem to feel that the actor's personality well suits to the role of Lord Rama.
As the actor is currently busy shooting for 'Baahuabli: The Conclusion', he can't accept all the invitations but his team is reportedly chalking out plans in this regard.
