Malayalam blockbuster Premam is considered as most lovable film not only in Kerala but also all over South India, thanks to the feel the movie has generated. Every character in the flick has its own fan base. But unfortunately, it was ignored completely by Kerala state award jury members as it hasn’t bagged even a single award.
Speaking to a website, filmmaker and Jury Chairman Mohan commented that Premam isn’t a flawless flick and is just a byproduct of a lazy effort by Alphonse. “Premam is a good entertainer but fall short in many asects, hence it wasn’t even considered” said Mohan.
‘Premam’ is being remade in Telugu with the same title. Naga Chaitanya, Shruti Hassan and Anupama does lead roles.
